associated records defining the work we do in compliance with our ISO 9001:2000
certification. We have a defined set of processes that instill a quality management
system.
External ISO Audits are performed on a six (6) month basis as an additional measure
of our performance. OutSource has established monitoring, measurement, analysis and
improvement processes in place for the purposes of maintaining excellent quality control
practices and high overall customer satisfaction.
